What's New Feature Update - February 2024

Circadian Risk is always working on feature updates and improvements for our risk analysis and assessment software to ensure that the experience while conducting an assessment with Circadian Risk is efficient, effective, and intuitive. Below are the new features in our latest software update for October.

Features in the February 2023 Edition

Projects

Acknowledging the important process of budgeting and seeing what will provide the biggest bang for your buck across locations, our newly introduced Projects Feature aims to simplify the organization of multiple parent tasks. This feature allows users to effortlessly group their parent tasks into a single project, eliminating the need for manual sorting and making the management of various tasks more straightforward. Instead of navigating through individual components, users can now easily organize their workload by specifying criteria like priority, deadline, and category. The Projects Feature provides a streamlined and user-friendly approach to task management, enabling individuals to focus on the most critical aspects of their projects with ease.

User Groups & Teams

User Groups

Circadian Risk is excited to announce the introduction of User Groups and Teams, enhancing the capabilities of our solution. This functionality is particularly beneficial for enterprise-level organizations, enabling the grouping of members, such as your executive team, to streamline specific functions within the software. Users can now create these customized User Groups from a pre-existing list of onboarded accounts.

User Teams

Additionally, our Teams feature has been created to offer even more flexibility on a location by location basis. Users can now tailor a specific team for each individual building while retaining the same team name. For instance, organizations can establish an 'Assessor Team' at every location and seamlessly assign the respective assessors from each building to the team. The Circadian Risk system will even populate the location’s specific assessor team automatically based on the location picked. This empowers users to confidently create assessments at specific locations, assured that the correct team members are being assigned without the need for a repeatable process.

Ability to Duplicate Physical Inspection Items

The physical inspection module in our assessment is paramount for our clients, enabling them to place specific deficiency findings and pinpoint them on a map/floor plan. However, managing sites with potentially over 500 cameras, access control readers, and more, poses a significant task in data collection. With the latest update from Circadian Risk, users now have the capability to duplicate physical items. This feature streamlines the process, allowing assessors to replicate items with identical status concerning individual questions or deficiencies, simplifying and enhancing the overall assessment experience.

Companion App Assessor Dashboard

Circadian Risk has achieved significant advancements in enhancing the assessment portion of the software, focused on delivering a more intuitive experience for the users performing a lot of assessments. The Companion App Assessor Dashboard, which organizes assessments in a logical order, providing assessors with a clear understanding of the highest priority assessments that require attention. Additionally, launching assessments from this central location enables seamless offline data storage, ensuring assessors can save their progress even if connectivity is lost at any point during the assessment.

Coming Soon: New and Improved Task Management Dashboard

Efficiently managing tasks across your organization's entire risk profile can be a challenge at times. At Circadian Risk, we are currently developing an advanced task management dashboard that leverages both active and proposed tasks to offer comprehensive insights through Gantt charts, aggregated budgetary data, and project timelines. With our innovative proposed task functionality, users gain the capability to proactively plan future projects based on identified deficiencies, ensuring streamlined preparation for upcoming budget cycles.

Coming Soon: Question Set Builder within Circadian Risk Software

Having the capability to incorporate your organization's entire existing process while assessing risk and identifying gaps in your physical security profile is essential for maximizing the potential of the Circadian Risk tool. We are actively developing a built-in question set builder directly within the tool, enabling end-users to create custom question sets effortlessly. This functionality empowers our clients as they integrate Circadian Risk into their security teams, offering seamless customization and the ability to make minor adjustments for a more tailored experience.
