What's New Feature Update - June 2022

Circadian Risk is always working on feature updates and improvements for our risk analysis and assessment software to ensure that the experience while conducting an assessment with Circadian Risk is efficient, effective, and intuitive. Below are the new features in our latest software update for June.

Features in the June 2022 Edition

New and Improved Global Navigation

To start things out, we have revamped our global navigation hierarchy to get from point to point around the software. We have grouped different pages under headings that segment the tool by main steps in the assessment process, making it easier for clients to access their most impactful pages. Feel free to explore and hopefully experience the ease of navigation!

Global Map View for the Risk Dashboard

By popular demand, the risk dashboard that is worth its weight in gold, is now equipped with a view where you can see the risk tolerance levels of your locations by where they fall on the map. Accordingly, this could help identify “hot spots” in different regions for at risk sites. Not only that, but it’s pretty cool to see how your locations in America compare to other ones in Europe with one click!

Hiding Irrelevant Items

Does this sound relatable? We think the relevance of this feature is clear. You are performing an assessment, and the question set you are using is requesting you to take a look at the policies and current state of compliance surrounding the parking structures and parking lot at the site. But, you don’t even have parking lots/parking structures at your site, and there's about 10 categories with questions! Do you really have to N/A all those categories? Not anymore you don’t. With our new “Hiding Irrelevant Items” feature, you can now group item categories with an “area tag” to easily remove those item categories that don’t apply to you out of sight, and mark them as “not applicable.” We think the relevance of this feature is clear

If you would like to take advantage of grouping your item categories in your assessment with these area tags, please reach out to your client success coordinator in how to accomplish this, at support-team@circadianrisk.com.

Narrative Report - Additional Insights

We’ve made some minor improvements to round out the data that is being presented when you generate a narrative report. This includes a new column, “Missing/Needed” in the executive summary. Additionally, we’ve fixed a bug that was causing some clients to experience overlapping text in their reports, and some other general improvements for our assessors using narrative reports.

Inherent Risk Denominators for Scenarios

Inherent risk is a key value prop that Circadian Risk offers for clients to get a baseline idea of how their sites are comparing to one another based on spacial, external, and temporal factors. We now have added total score “inherent risk denominators” to the scenario summary tabs on the location page to allow our clients to see how a site score compares to the maximum amount of risk that is possible.
