What's New Feature Update - October 2023

Circadian Risk is always working on feature updates and improvements for our risk analysis and assessment software to ensure that the experience while conducting an assessment with Circadian Risk is efficient, effective, and intuitive. Below are the new features in our latest software update for October.

Features in the October 2023 Edition

AI Filtering

Circadian Risk comprehends the complexity of managing potentially hundreds or thousands of deficiencies—an overwhelming task without effective filtering capabilities. We're excited integration of advanced AI filtering technology, empowering our clients to effortlessly generate plain text requests for item selection based on status. Instead of the cumbersome process of manually filtering each column separately, you can now craft a concise sentence to specify the items you wish to view by factors such as location, criticality, and category. This intelligent filtering system simplifies deficiency management, providing you with a seamless and efficient approach to navigate your lists and focus on what matters most.

New and Improved Task Creation Experience

Identifying and addressing deficiencies within your organization is a critical first step. However, it's equally vital to have an efficient system for initiating remediation tasks in one unified platform. With our enhanced task creation workflow, users can now seamlessly create both parent tasks or projects and multiple subtasks, ensuring comprehensive coverage and effective tracking of all aspects of the remediation process. Each individual subtask can be customized with its own cost, assignee, due date, and other pertinent details, streamlining the systematic execution of extensive, site-wide projects.

Improved Location Properties

We are excited to introduce a major enhancement to our Circadian Risk software - a comprehensive overhaul of our properties process. Our revamped process goes beyond merely identifying deficiencies within your assessments; it now encompasses gathering vital location-specific information. With our updated and improved properties feature, users can tailor location properties to align seamlessly with their existing workflows, thereby streamlining data collection. Moreover, we have expanded the range of data inputs, now offering not only text inputs but also the ability to include dates, checkboxes, toggles, and more.

Improved Item Category Properties

While identifying and collecting location-specific information is crucial, it's equally important to capture item-specific details during your assessments. To address this need, we've applied the same logic to our item properties as we have for location properties. Now, you have the flexibility to fully customize the name, data input type, and order of your item properties using a simple drag-and-drop process. This update empowers you to optimize your inventory assessments, enhancing your efficiency in gathering item-specific information, such as door types, brands, and installation dates.

Coming Soon: New and Improved Task Management Dashboard

Efficiently managing tasks across your organization's entire risk profile can be a challenge at times. At Circadian Risk, we are currently developing an advanced task management dashboard that leverages both active and proposed tasks to offer comprehensive insights through Gantt charts, aggregated budgetary data, and project timelines. With our innovative proposed task functionality, users gain the capability to proactively plan future projects based on identified deficiencies, ensuring streamlined preparation for upcoming budget cycles.

Coming Soon: Question Set Builder within Circadian Risk Software

Having the capability to incorporate your organization's entire existing process while assessing risk and identifying gaps in your physical security profile is essential for maximizing the potential of the Circadian Risk tool. We are actively developing a built-in question set builder directly within the tool, enabling end-users to create custom question sets effortlessly. This functionality empowers our clients as they integrate Circadian Risk into their security teams, offering seamless customization and the ability to make minor adjustments for a more tailored experience.
