What's New Feature Update - February 2023

Happy New Year! Circadian Risk is always working on feature updates and improvements for our risk analysis and assessment software to ensure that the experience while conducting an assessment with Circadian Risk is efficient, effective, and intuitive. Below are the new features in our latest software update for February.

Features in the February 2023 Edition

Historical Inherent Risk Trends

At Circadian Risk, we believe the statement that “Risk is always changing, each and every day.” Being able to track how risk has improved or worsened for your sites can give valuable insights to see trends about what, when, and why those changes occurred. That’s why we have now provided the “Historical Inherent Risk Trend” chart, for our client’s to gain that insight when risk changes are input into the system.

New Inherent Risk Experience and “Justifications”

We have given the inherent risk module a revamp, that allows for a more holistic experience when filling out inherent risk values for your locations. Now, you can see risk factors, their descriptions, choose values, see the history and values changed that were made into the system. In part with improving compliance and keeping track of why changes get made, we now have required justifications whenever these inherent risk values are changed. Justifications will give insight for the Inherent Risk Trends and why risk values changed at any given time.

New Items by Status Page - Triage Deficiencies with Control Points

We have given our item triage page (the Items by Status Page) a new look as well. Equipped with new features, such as focused views for item deficiencies, triaging your remediation has never been easier. Not only this, but we have created a card that now will show the potential control points that can be remediated with the tasks that are created within the system. Once remediated, these cards will update and you can see the progress you make towards diminishing your organization risk.
