What's New Feature Update - January 2022

Circadian Risk is always working on feature updates and improvements for our risk analysis and assessment software to ensure that the experience while conducting an assessment with Circadian Risk is efficient, effective, and intuitive. Below are the new features in our latest software update for January 2022.

Features in the January 2022 Edition:

Smoother File Uploads

When performing an assessment on slow connections (basements, rooftops, fences in remote areas), it can be challenging and very time-consuming to upload a lot of photos. As we make our way closer to online/offline capabilities, Circadian Risk has introduced a new Upload Manager experience that will allow an assessor to queue up a lot of uploads and have them upload in the background while you move on to the next question/item. You can also turn off file uploading entirely and then turn it back on when you’re on Wi-Fi. The photos/videos you took while out and about will seamlessly sync with the open Assessment. Once you’re done uploading, you can then review and close the assessment.

Note: this experience is behind a feature flag. If you’d like it enabled for your organization, just mention it to your friendly Client Success Coordinator (support-team@circadianrisk.com) and they will turn it on for you and show you how to use it.

Smoother File Uploads within the Perform Assessment experience

Image Previews Within the Tool (Lightbox)

Many of our customers have been taking advantage of uploading multiple photos for an Item or an Answer. We have introduced a Lightbox image preview tool which offers a better way to review those photos in-product without having to download and open the files in another app. Now, when you click on a thumbnail, it will open up a preview in the browser where you can easily zoom in/zoom out. If you have multiple photos, it will show a gallery experience allowing the assessor to easily switch between photos.

Scenario Dashboard - Print Mode

The Scenario Dashboard now has a print mode which optimizes the page layout for portrait or landscape pages. You can use this to print to PDF (or to an actual printer… if you’re not out of ink, of course).

Assessment Answers - Audit Log

Ever wonder who you can go to for more information? We now show “Answered By” in the Perform Assessment view to help connect you to the relevant subject matter expert who filled in the information during an assessment.

Assessment Recommendations - Additional Context

Need to add a little more context to the recommendation that you’re making? Now, whenever a recommendation is selected from the list, you will have the optional choice to add more context about what you have put. “Upgrade” to the system you say? Upgrade what exactly?

Assessor User Profile & Credentials

Spruce up your user profile with info about yourself and your experience. You can also add your title, company, phone number, location, and more. This information can even populate the assessor bio information in a written report!

White Labeling

Companies will now have the ability to brand the Circadian Risk product with their logos and colors! Change the colors seen throughout the software, and even see your logo up in the header bar.

Lite User Management

We have begun the process of allowing Organization Admin to have some ability to invite people into their organization. If you are an Organization Admin, you will now be able to add users to your organization. Once you submit the email address and desired role for the new user, they will receive an email with instructions on how to setup their account. Account setup takes about 2 minutes.
