What's New Feature Update - April 2022

Circadian Risk is always working on feature updates and improvements for our risk analysis and assessment software to ensure that the experience while conducting an assessment with Circadian Risk is efficient, effective, and intuitive. Below are the new features in our latest software update for April.

Features in the April 2022 Edition:

Easy Access to Photos/Files

While Circadian Risk takes pride in knowing we allow for a bunch of files upload during assessments, tasks, locations, and other functions, it may not always be super clear what files/photos go to which items.

We have now made it more user-friendly to see the pertinent files and photos that have been uploaded during assessments within the Action Plan pages! (Items by Status, Deficiency by Question)

There are additional updates coming that include the ability to add drawings/annotations to photos.

Easy Reassessments

The Circadian Risk team’s latest innovation is the incremental assessment initiative, where assessors and organizations can now conduct additional assessments based on certain criteria. As part of this, they now have the ability to import assessment data/answers from previous assessments.

This month, we have introduced a new Reassess button that will show up on completed assessments to make it easy to reassess that location with the latest standard month-over-month or year-over-year.

If there are updates to compliance standards, changes to internal standards, or new things that come across the table that must be changed from the previous year’s assessment, Circadian Risk has made it easier than ever to update your question set material. You now have the ability to “deprecate” old assessment templates and replace them with the new standards. When you do this, the reassess button will just magically work and direct you to create a new assessment with the latest template.

Additional White Labeling Capabilities

Circadian Risk has created additional opportunities for white labeling beyond adding company logos and changing the software colors/appearance. We now include the ability to completely customize:

  • Compliant and Deficient colors

  • Risk Thresholds/Tolerance Appearance for Different Visuals

  • Email Communications coming from the Circadian Risk Software

    • With the ability to customize a reply email, address information, phone number, and pertinent social links
