Adding a Scenario to an Organization using the Scenario Catalog

This article will show how assessors and organizations can leverage the “Scenario Catalog” to add scenarios to your organization and start assessing.

Instructions

  1. From the Organization Overview Dashboard, there will be a series of tiles. Within the Inherent Risk tile, a blue prompt will encourage the user to add a scenario to the org. Select this prompt.

1a. If you already have other/custom scenarios within your organization, and would like to navigate to the scenario catalog, go to “Scenarios” under global navigation. From the Scenario’s Page, select “Import Scenario” in the top right of the screen, and continue to follow the rest of the guide below.

  1. The user will be directed to the scenario catalog to browse and select the different scenarios that they can conduct with the Circadian Risk product.

While there are many scenarios that will be added on a rolling basis, if you would like to see the scenarios available for purchase and ready to conduct, unselect the “Coming Soon” filter and select the scenarios that are showing. Select the scenario you would like to review from here.

  2. This will lead you to the Scenario Details for the selected scenario, where you can review the sample question categories, sample item categories, and the inherent risk measures for the scenario. After review, if you would like to add the scenario to the organization, select “Import” in the top right of the page.

  3. Select the name for the scenario you would like to add to the organization. By default, it will give the name of the scenario with the date it was last updated. Once you have finalized the name, select “Import” in the bottom right of the prompt to add it to your organization.

  4. After importing, this will take you to the Scenario Overview Page, where you will now be able to review the scenario as a whole, and take a look at:

    1. Completing inherent risk values and analysis

    2. Review and Edit scenario settings

  5. The next logical step from here will be performing inherent risk assessments for the scenario at all of your locations. You can access this page by selecting “Inherent Risk” from the left side options.
