Review and Close (CAP Preview)

For those who are interested what the Corrective Action Plan will look like before they close their assessment, and also get a quick look at the information they have entered within their assessment, this feature will be perfect. It may even help identify potential data you need to update/change! This feature is available for assessments that are in progress, or are about ready to be closed and completed.
Instructions
From the assessment dashboard, navigate to any assessment that is being conducted, or would like to review the information that has been entered by the assessor
Once the assessment is selected, this will navigate to the assessment details page. From within the action tabs, select “Review + Close”
From within this table, you will have the ability to dive into the details and review the pieces of information that have been entered for the items assessed, and see the status of each item as well.
There are also different filtering options to allow you to see data specifics, including:
Unanswered Items
Items that have an indicated flag
Deficient Only Items
Not observed items
There are also quite a few quick action capabilities now available in this experience. Bulk editing certain answers for remediation for an in-progress assessment has opened up some capabilities for this section.
Once this review is completed, the assessment can be continued, or the assessment can be closed out!
