Hiding Irrelevant Items
his article will show an assessor/point of contact how to conduct an inspection questionnaire assessment, including answering gap analysis questions, providing descriptions, uploading photos, and providing recommendations.
Written Instructions:
Setting Up Area Tags to be able to hide irrelevant item categories:
As mentioned before, question set creation is done through Circadian Admins at this time. If you wish to utilize this feature within your assessments, please reach out to your client success coordinator using support-team@circadianrisk.com, and they will coordinate with you to have your question set employ this new feature.
Once your question set with the proper area tags have been selected, Circadian Risk will upload this for you, and we will make that template the “primary assessment template.” This will ensure all the assessment you conduct for this scenario will include the area tags you have selected.
After you have created your assessment utilizing your template with area tags, navigate to the assessment dashboard, and select that particular assessment.
Once inside the assessment experience, you will notice there is a teardrop icon with a pencil inside of it. Select this button.
This will open up a selection experience, where you can uncheck the areas that do not apply to your location. Once you have finalized your selection, you can select “apply.”
Your assessment will now automatically apply “N/A (not applicable)” answers to all those categories that were removed, and they will be out of sight during your assessment, streamlining the questions that you will need to answer.
You may now conduct your assessment how you normally would. For more information on how to complete your assessment, please see our conducting an inspection questionnaire guide, and our conducting a physical inspection guide.
