Uploading a Floor Plan to a Location

This article will explain how to upload a floor plan image to a location, which will then be able to be utilized during in-flight assessments.
Floor plans can be uploaded to any location node the user would like. This is to allow for different levels of specificity when conducting an inspection.
Examples:

Written Instructions:
From the Dashboard, navigate to the sidebar dropdown (three white bars) in the top left of the page
From here, select App Navigation, and from this dropdown, select Locations
Select the location you would like to upload the floor plan to under from the location hierarchy page.
From this location profile page, Switch from the Overview tab to the Profile tab, scroll down on the page to find the “Map for Physical Location” card, and select Upload A Map
4. A file upload box will appear on the screen, where a file can be selected for upload. Once selected, the file name will appear in the upload box. Select Upload to submit this floor plan.
Please Note: The uploaded image must be in .pdf, .png, or .jpg format
5. A message will generate saying “the map upload is being processed.” Depending on the size of the file, the image could take a few minutes to process.
6. Once the image has been processed, the system will automatically update the page to show the preview of the floor plan as it will be used in the assessment.
