The Location Wizard
The Location Wizard is a tool created to help streamline the process of creating location items, such as Campuses, Buildings, and Levels.
Navigate to the Location Wizard | Video
Sign in on the Portal
Click on “Location Wizard” from the Portal homepage
Choose an Organization | Video
Click on the organization you would like to add location items to
Click next
Note: If the user is part of only one organization, that organization will be auto-selected
Create a Campus | Video
Click “add new”
Enter the name of the campus you are creating
Click “next”
Create a Building | Video
Click “add new”
Enter the name of the building you are creating
Click “next”
Create a Level & Upload a PDF | Video
Click “add new” and enter the name of the level you are creating.
If you have a .pdf floor plan of this level, locate the file and click “upload.”
Click “add”
You may now click “quit” to go back to the Circadian Risk Portal homepage or repeat the above process if you have multiple location items to add.
