Performing a Re-Assessment/Incremental Assessment

This article will go into how re-assessments are performed, based on the selected criteria that needs to be ratified for that assessment.

Written Instructions:

  1. From the assessment details page of the “re-assessment” you have created, select continue/start assessment

2. You will be brought into the usual perform assessment experience, but there is now data that has been imported from the previous assessment. To filter down to the items that are most relevant to you based on the selected criteria, select the filter near the inspection questionnaire items, and select the filter “Action Required”

3. Your assessment data will now be filtered down to only the items that require an action. These questions that are requiring action will be indicated by the orange highlight under the questions for each item category. You may enter any new information, files, descriptions, notes, and recommendations on any question the assessment as you please, and this will update the information for the item.

There are few things you will want to make note of:

A. The files that were uploaded in the previous assessment will be available for questions that have them

B. If you make a mistake on an imported answer, you can re-import the answer before you changed it by clicking the square button with an arrow in it and reverting your answer

4. The same principles above apply to the physical inspection. You can filter down to items, and the map will update to match the filters you have applied, and will help you work towards getting your answer completion to 100%. Once completed, you can also close your assessment as usual.
