Circadian Risk has now created the Risk Dashboard that allows administrators to compare their organization’s assessment data site by site on a single scenario basis. From this dashboard, you will be able to see assessment statuses, total deficiencies by criticality by different filters (regions, campuses, buildings, and even down to specific levels)! This will allow for a bird’s eye view of the organization, that will lead to a person to hone in on specific sites within, compares all those sites, and ultimately see where you to prioritize your attention and resources for those high risk sites, first!

If you aren’t seeing the new Risk Dashboard view (or other certain features), please reach out support-team@circadianrisk.com and ask your client success coordinator to activate the feature flags for your org!

To navigate to the risk dashboard…

  1. Select the 3 lines for the global navigation, and select “Risk Analysis,” and then Scenarios within this drawer.

  2. The next page will show all the available scenarios that have been created for the organization. Select the scenario you would like to analyze the risk graph for.

  3. This will open up the risk graph and scenario details for that specific scenario. To navigate to the Risk Dashboard for that single scenario that has been chosen, select view dashboard up in the top right of the screen.

  4. You are now on the scenario dashboard. You will have the ability to select the level of detail you want to be seeing, and diving into. If you would like to change the level of data you are seeing, select the name of your organization in the top left, and this will open up an overlay where you can choose specific regions, campuses, buildings, or levels.

  5. As a guide for the information that you are seeing on this page (based on the layer of your org you have selected, we will use the region Europe for this example):

    1. Assessments

      1. See the current status of your assessments within this region, including “not started, in progress, due in 7 days, overdue, and completed.

    2. Deficiencies

      1. Based on the assessments your organization has conducted for THIS SCENARIO, you will get a rollup of the total deficiencies by criticality for the organization

      2. The graph on the right will break that down by the selected layer of data (campus for this example)

    3. Tasks

      1. See the aggregate view of estimated and un-estimated tasks based on layer selection, as well as the total cost associated to those tasks.

      2. The graph on the right side of this card will indicate the statuses of the tasks that have been triaged within the org, including “not started,” “in progress,” “due in 7 days,” “overdue,” and “complete.”

    4. Risk Graph

      1. Based on the tolerance thresholds that have been set for this scenario, the points on the screen will fall into three categorizations of risk tolerance:

        1. Optimal

        2. Borderline

        3. Inadequate

      2. The size of the circles in the graph below directly correlate to the number of deficiencies at that site.

  6. Currently, this Risk Dashboard is essentially a view only experience. To take action on the information seen here, your next course of action will be to visit the items by status page within the tool, and start triaging, creating tasks, and re-assessing deficiencies, which are outlined in this guide.
