Circadian Risk is always working on feature updates and improvements for our risk analysis and assessment software to ensure that the experience while conducting an assessment with Circadian Risk is efficient, effective, and intuitive. Below are the new features in our latest software update for November 2021.

Features in the December 2021 Edition:

Risk Dashboard

Given the selection of a particular scenario, assessors and admins will now be able to see a summary of:

  • Assessments, including their statuses, complete/incompleteness, and the locations where assessments are happening

  • Deficiencies, with the ability to see the highest amount of deficiencies by either location, or specific item category by criticality within the organization

  • Tasks, including total amount of triaged tasks and the costs associated with them, as well as their status at that point in time.

  • The risk associated to each of the organization locations per scenario, whether those are optimal, borderline, or inadequate risk level - all on a single pane of glass.

“Itemized” Portions for the Report Generator

While Circadian Risk was able to bring reports to light in the previous months, we’ve made a bundle of improvements to the Report Generator… What was once the high level, executive summary information is now being expanded to having “itemized” portions of the inspection questionnaire and physical inspection. This includes:

  • All the answers, descriptions, recommendations, and photos that were uploaded and used during your assessments, are now going to be available for review within the report!

  • You’ll get a breakdown of each specific deficiency for the items that you are assessing. This is a great feature to see “point-in-time” status for a location/assessment.

  • We have made several improvements to make it easier to preview reports and show the progress of reports that are being generated.

If you aren’t seeing the new portions of the report, please reach out support-team@circadianrisk.com and ask your client success coordinator to activate the feature flags for your org!

“Untriaged” Filter for the Items by Status page

We have introduced several improvements in the post-assessment triage flow to help get to “Inbox Zero.”

  • There is an “untriaged” quick filter that only shows deficiencies that are neither accepted nor have associated tasks.

  • In the Items by Status page, after completing an action (task creation, accept risk, etc.), we will clear your selection to make it easy to move on to triage the next set of deficiencies.

  • The Deficiencies by Question page has been updated to include the same actions that you can find in Items by Status.

Export Tables To Excel

By popular demand, Circadian Risk is looking into having more export capabilities available for different tables/pages throughout the tool. Many users have said they would like to have the ability to download the information they enter within Circadian Risk, so they can have different ways to share information with their stakeholders. Take a look for the excel button on certain pages to experience information that is downloaded using this button! This feature is currently available for the following pages:

  • Tasks

  • Deficiencies by Question

The “Review and Close” Tab for Assessments (CAP Preview)

Assessors may be curious to see the rollup of items from their assessment before they close it out, and begin their post-assessment triage process.

  • Now, you will be able to see the information that will populate the Corrective Action Plan prior to that specific assessment being closed out.

  • If you as an assessor know that something needs to be called out, may have missed something, or needed to come back and add more detail, the CAP Preview will assist you with identifying this.
