Circadian Risk has now created the Risk Dashboard that allows administrators to compare their organization’s assessment data site by site on a single scenario basis. For example, you will be able to see how each site is doing at a high level with their active shooter scenario, and how each specific site compares to all the rest, allowing you to focus your attention and prioritize those high risk sites, first!

To navigate to the risk dashboard…

  1. Select the 3 lines for the global navigation, and select “Risk Analysis,” and then Scenarios within this drawer.

  2. The next page will show all the available scenarios that have been created for the organization. Select the scenario you would like to analyze the risk graph for.

  3. Once the scenario is selected, this will open up the risk graph for that single scenario that has been chosen. For the example here, we will be viewing General Threat.

  4. Based on the tolerance thresholds that have been set for this scenario, the points on the screen will fall into three categorizations of risk tolerance:

    1. Optimal

    2. Borderline

    3. Inadequate
It should be noted that admins will have the ability to move these threshold tolerances, and those color fields will update accordingly with the data that is plotted within them.

  5. There are a few different views available for the risk dashboard, including:

    1. Changing the color of the dots to be colored based on the campus they are grouped in (default, show above)

    2. Changing the color of the dots to depict what threshold specific locations fall into (optimal, borderline, inadequate)

    3. You can also change the size of the dots based on the number of tasks that have been created for a specific location

  6. By hovering over any dot within the graph, you will be able to see more detailed information about that location

  7. By scrolling down further on the page, you will also gain access to more insight about the assessment data collected for each of the sites, including:

    1. Inherent Risk

    2. Control Percentage

    3. Residual Risk
