With every system that intakes files, whether that be photos, .pdf, .xls sheets, etc, there is the chance of making mistakes. These may include accidental deletion, uploading sensitive files that shouldn’t be shared, or associating with the wrong location/item/answer. This guide will cover the common mistakes people make and what the best course of action for you as a user of Circadian Risk can do to preserve the integrity of your files uploaded in Circadian Risk.

All files deleted from Circadian Risk are actually “soft deleted”. This means that they are marked for future “hard deletion” 60 days later. The Circadian Risk engineering team are the only ones who have access to and can recover files marked for deletion.
