Circadian Risk has now created the Risk Dashboard that allows administrators to compare their organization’s assessment data site by site on a single scenario basis. For exampleFrom this dashboard, you will be able to see how each site is doing at a high level with their active shooter scenario, and how each specific site compares to all the rest, allowing you to focus your attention and prioritize assessment statuses, total deficiencies by criticality by different filters (regions, campuses, buildings, and even down to specific levels)! This will allow for a bird’s eye view of the organization, that will lead to a person to hone in on specific sites within, compares all those sites, and ultimately see where you to prioritize your attention and resources for those high risk sites, first!

Info

If you aren’t seeing the new Risk Dashboard view (or other certain features), please reach out support-team@circadianrisk.com and ask your client success coordinator to activate the feature flags for your org!

      1. Based on the assessments your organization has conducted for THIS SCENARIO, you will get a rollup of the total deficiencies by criticality for the organization

      2. The graph on the right will break that down by the selected layer of data (campus for this example)

    3. Tasks

      1. See the aggregate view of estimated and un-estimated tasks based on layer selection, as well as the total cost associated to those tasks.

      2. The graph on the right side of this card will indicate the statuses of the tasks that have been triaged within the org, including “not started,” “in progress,” “due in 7 days,” “overdue,” and “complete.”

      1. Based on the tolerance thresholds that have been set for this scenario, the points on the screen will fall into three categorizations of risk tolerance:

        1. Optimal

        2. Borderline

        3. Inadequate

It should be noted that admins will have the ability to move these threshold tolerances, and those color fields will update accordingly with the data that is plotted within them.Image RemovedImage Removed

  5. There are a few different views available for the risk dashboard, including:

    1. Changing the color of the dots to be colored based on the campus they are grouped in (default, show above)

    2. Changing the color of the dots to depict what threshold specific locations fall into (optimal, borderline, inadequate)

      Image Removed

    3. You can also change the size of the dots based on the number of tasks that have been created for a specific location

  6. By hovering over any dot within the graph, you will be able to see more detailed information about that location

      1. The size of the circles in the graph below directly correlate to the number of deficiencies at that site.

      2. Additionally, if the globe is clicked on the risk card of the risk dashboard, then it will show the locations and their compliance in the organization on a map view.

  7. Currently, this Risk Dashboard is essentially a view only experience. To take action on the information seen here, your next course of action will be to visit the items by status page within the tool, and start triaging, creating tasks, and re-assessing deficiencies, which are outlined in this guide.
