Custom Report and Table Creation

The Circadian Risk platform allows you to slice and dice risk data any way you like using our Chart and Table Analysis page. This page is a work in progress, and we hope to keep updating the Chart and Table creation with new charts that are relevant to our customers!

To access the report and table creation page:

  1. Navigate to the Reports drop-down menu using the left hand navigation menu, and select Reports

     

  2. From the menu, you will have a number of options on how to visualize the data captured within the Circadian Risk platform, including:

    1. Deficiency Summary by Category

    2. Deficiency Summary by Question

    3. Deficiency Summary by Location

    4. Deficiency Summary by Item

    5. Pivot Explorer (which can be utilized as more of a custom build out of a view you would like to see for your organization, utilizing different filters)

When viewing the chart and table you have several options to view the data:

A. Chart view - get a fullscreen image of the selected data in a visual rollup

B. Table view - dive into the data seeing each individual data point

C.Hybrid - merge the two to help you make faster analysis of the data

 

You will also be able to choose the type/labels for the data you wish to see within the graph

 

Additionally, you have a plethora of options to modify the data you are viewing. To start, hover underneath the view options to bring up the data augmentation menu:

  1. Under the Settings tab, select the chart style you would like to use to showcase your data

  2. Additionally, you are able to:

    1. Unlink the chart to live data; this allows you to have a snapshot of time-specific data to display

       

    2. Download the chart you are viewing to your device, where you can even place these visualizations into the reports that are made and outlined in this section.

       

    3. Under the Format tab, you are able to stylize the chart exactly how you want to. Utilizing the dropdown menu and sidebar to navigate
