After completing an Assessment, the compliant and deficient Items and Answers are available in various views. The Corrective Action Plan is a view that highlights known problems in your organization and gives you the ability to get at-a-glance information for cost and criticality.
Here is a sample of what the Corrective Action Plan could look like after completing multiple assessments.
Note: this view only shows deficient Answers and their related Items. If you want to see compliant Items and/or Answers you should visit the views for Inspection Questionnaire Items or Physical Inspection Items, that are contained within the Items by Status dashboard. The dashboard will allow for a more detailed breakdown of deficiencies/compliance per site. From the Items by Status dashboard, you will be able to:
Review specific deficiencies within items
Create, track, and close tasks
Re-assess questions that were answered during assessments,
Accept risk for certain deficiencies.
