Circadian Risk is always working on feature updates and improvements for our security assessment software to ensure that the experience while conducting an assessment with Circadian Risk is efficient, effective, and intuitive. Below are the new features in our latest software update for September 2021.

Features in the September 2021 Edition:

“Executive Summary” Report Generator

The Report Generation feature is available by request. Just reach out to support@circadianrisk.com, and we’ll be happy to enable reports for your organization!

Circadian Risk is proud to introduce report generation into the product, which will allow you to auto-generate information an assessor has collected in an assessment in a crisp looking template, while also having customization capabilities to give that report a personal touch. Circadian Risk’s Report Generation Feature will grant users the power to:

  • Author, edit, and customize tailor made reports from assessments

  • Download printable versions of reports to disseminate to leadership, their teams, and their clients

  • Have a variety of charts and tables to choose from to enhance visualization of reports

  • Secure platform to store digital reports for future edit, reference, or access when needed

The excitement doesn’t stop here… While we’ve released this feature, there is more in store for Circadian Risk reports. Our next big initiative for reports will dive more deeply into analysis findings, recommendations, and photos, and other pertinent information that we're gathered during your assessment. Stay tuned… we’ve only just begun.

Assessment Details Page Re-Design

When accessing an assessment, we’ve built in a nice re-design for this page that will house different information in a more intuitive way. Most notably, we’ve broken down pertinent assessment information into 3 distinct tabs:

  1. Overview Tab:

    • Gives insight to the progress made and remaining on the selected assessment

    • The assessors who have been assigned to the assessment

    • A high level breakdown of the deficiencies found in the inspection questionnaire portion

  2. Results Tab

    • A more in depth breakdown of all the deficiency information that has been collected in the assessment across all locations, including inspection questionnaire and physical inspection

  3. Narrative Tab

    • Here, you’ll be able to take generalized notes about the assessment or other pieces of information you as the assessor believe are relevant for this page

    • Additionally, this is where the executive summary section for the report will be filled out. Whatever is written in this section will be translated over to the report if it is generated for this assessment!

Reports and Graphs (for Data Breakdown, Potentially Nice Addition to a Generated Report!)

While data collection is becoming much more relevant in technology and streamlining processes, it can also be daunting and intimidating if it is not displayed in an easily digestible way. At Circadian Risk, we strive to allow our assessors and organizations numerous ways to slice-and-dice their data, whether it is for their team or a report up to executives. With this, we’ve started a library of relevant data charts and graphs that assessors can utilize to display assessment information in a more meaningful way! What kind of charts are available? Here are a few:

  1. Deficiency Summary by Category

  2. Deficiency Summary by Question

  3. Deficiency Summary by Location

  4. Deficiency Summary by Item

  5. Pivot Explorer (which enables the user to pick pieces of information they feel are relevant, and create their own report/graph)

Packed with a bundle of customization features and formatting options, Circadian Risk is sure that you will find a graph that works for you. If not, don’t be shy! If you think there’s a data/report here your organization would find useful, tell us about it, and we will definitely take into consideration your request!

The Risk Dashboard

The Risk Dashboard feature is available by request. Just reach out to support@circadianrisk.com, and we’ll be happy to enable it for your organization!

Risk professionals have been longing for a way to see their organizational risk for each of their locations at a glance… Well, there is no need to look any further. With this feature update, Circadian Risk has now made the Risk Dashboard, to allow managers to see at a glance how each individual sites that have been assessed compares to another. More over, what the risk graph will allow for is:

  • Insight of where to focus resources, time, and mitigation efforts into those sites that are at “more risk.”

  • Moveable threshold slider (with live updating!) to make updates to what puts sites in a certain threshold

  • Different sized and colored circles to indicate deficiencies, and other customization efforts for different ways to read the assessment data

  • Access to Inherent Risk Data, Control Percentage, and Residual Risk for the organization’s sites

We believe this risk dashboard is going to be a powerful item in your risk tool belt.
