Assigning an Interview  | Video

Interviews can be completed on the Portal or on an iPad and can be assigned to one or more people.

1. Assign an Interview to Someone Else

   1. Select “Assign to Someone Else”

   2. Select the desired user from the box of names

      1. or

   3. Input the information of the desired individual/PoC

2. Assign an interview to Yourself

   1. Select “Assign to Yourself”

Completing an Interview  | Video

1. Select a category to begin

   1. A green circle surrounds each Icon/Abbreviation and shows the percentage of questions completed

2. Answer the questions contained in the selected category

   1. If necessary, tap “Add Comment” to leave additional information for each section

3. When finished, tap “Save” at the top right of the page.
